Vinland Publishing has published the first book of its character engine, historical fiction series Iron Axe, Axe of Iron: The Settlers, to August 1, 2008. The second book in the series, Axe of Iron: Confrontation appears to the public in spring 2010. The other four books in the series will follow a year.
